UK Delivery

Most of my jewellery is made to order and takes between 5-10 working days to make. Once an order is placed, delivery dates can be discussed and agreed by contacting me.

Free UK Postage .All orders in the UK are shipped using Royal Mail special delivery. This service is tracked & guaranteed and must be signed for in person on arrival.

Your order will be delivered in an unbranded air padded envelope. Inside order will be a branded Darren Sutton Jewellery box.

International Delivery

Orders taken for international delivery will be sent tracked and signed service by Royal Mail and charged depending on destination. Please contact me to check on shipping times and costs to your country.

Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery once you have contacted me. The item must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. The item to be returned or exchanged must be in their original unworn purchase condition with all original packaging and receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packing, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Darren Sutton Jewellery will not be responsible for cost, stolen and damaged returned shipments.

The following item can’t be returned or exchanged. Personal designed items and earrings, because of hygiene reasons.

To cancel an order, then you must contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
